About This Project

We worked with a local builder who was struggling to get people in to view their display home when so many other major brands were taking up their attention.  they were positioned on a corner with a long blank fence down one side that wasn’t being capitalised on.

We developed a tagline to encourage emotional engagement ‘building hopes and dreams’ and then additional signage to direct them to the front of the display for entry.
