We worked with a local volume builder to design an ongoing marketing function for their business. The objective was to build greater ongoing engagement with their current and past clients, assist the sales force with conversion by building trust with new leads, while encouraging greater loyalty and referrals.
A content marketing strategy drove much of this with two new blog pieces created each week. Across each month, the 5 key target market segments were presented with tailored pieces relevant to their interests and stage of life, whilst highlighting key benefits of building with the company. These unique blog pieces were hosted on the company website, with captions pushed out through social media directing traffic to the company site.
We also created a newsletter titled ‘The Castle’ which featured the blog pieces from the previous month which went out to the growing database of contacts.
